This animated film highlights the Crau Plain Grasshopper, describing its life cycle, its particular characteristics, and the threats to this insect.

This film was made in 2019 by the animation studio Les Fées Spéciales and produced by the Conservatoire d’espaces naturels de Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur and the Chambre d’agriculture des Bouches-du-Rhône, co-managers of the Réserve naturelle nationale des coussouls de Crau. It has received the support of the following partners: WWF-World Wide Fund for Nature, National Geographic Society, DREAL Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, Conseil départemental des Bouches-du-Rhône and Carrière de la Menudelle.
