On 13, 14 & 15 August, the Citadelle of Besançon is organising a great weekend for the conservation of fauna and flora. On the programme: a conference on the Crau Plain Grasshopper.

Over 3 days, the Besançon Museum will be highlighting some of the conservation projects in which it is involved, including the LIFE SOS Crau grasshopper project.
You will therefore be able to take advantage of a conference on the Crau Plain Grasshopper, with Frédéric Maillot, in charge of the breeding of the species at the Besançon zoological garden, as speaker. You will then be able to talk to the staff of the Insectarium.
A great opportunity to find out more about this grasshopper “like no other”!
