On 23 & 24 July, the La Barben zoological garden is organising a weekend of activities around the Crau Plain Grasshopper. A great initiative to make this insect known and to raise public awareness of the issues related to its preservation.

As a reminder, the La Barben zoological garden is one of the associated partners of the LIFE SOS Crau grasshopper programme. It actively participates by contributing to the breeding and reintroduction programme, but also by organising awareness-raising activities such as the upcoming weekend.
